### 🔗 Integration Status

**django-wallet-utils** is **already configured** to use the external package:

✅ `pyproject.toml` updated:
```toml
dependencies = [
    "django>=4.2,<6.0",
    "django-package-hooks @ git+https://github.com/mscumec/django-package-hooks.git@v1.0.0",
]
```

✅ Code refactored to use external hooks:
- `src/wallet_utils/__init__.py` - Imports from `django_hooks`
- `src/wallet_utils/service.py` - Uses external `HookManager`
- `src/wallet_utils/hooks.py` - Only wallet-specific `HookContext` (56 lines)
- `src/wallet_utils/exceptions.py` - Imports from `django_hooks`

✅ All tests passing (187 tests)

## Next Steps

### 1. Push to GitHub (Required)

```bash
cd /home/cursorai/projects/django-wallet-utils/ai-output/hooks
# Initialize git (if not already)
git init
# Add remote
git remote add origin https://github.com/mscumec/django-package-hooks.git
# Commit and push
git add .
git commit -m "Initial release: Django Package Hooks v1.0.0"
git push -u origin main
# Tag version
git tag -a v1.0.0 -m "Version 1.0.0 - Initial release"
git push origin v1.0.0
```

**Or use the setup script**:
```bash
cd ai-output/hooks
./setup-git.sh
```

### 2. Install in django-wallet-utils

Once pushed to GitHub:

```bash
cd /home/cursorai/projects/django-wallet-utils
# Install the hooks package from GitHub
pip install git+https://github.com/mscumec/django-package-hooks.git@v1.0.0
# Verify installation
python3 -c "from django_hooks import HookManager, HookType; print('✓ Hooks installed')"
# Run tests to verify everything works
python manage.py test
```

### 3. Use in django-cronjob-utils

```bash
cd /home/cursorai/projects/django-cronjob-utils
# Add to pyproject.toml
echo 'dependencies = ["django-package-hooks @ git+https://github.com/mscumec/django-package-hooks.git@v1.0.0"]' >> pyproject.toml
# Follow IMPLEMENTATION.md guide to integrate
```

## Integration Pattern for Other Packages

When creating new Django packages with hooks (e.g., `django-cronjob-utils`):

1. **Add Git dependency** to `pyproject.toml`
2. **Create domain-specific context** (e.g., `CronjobHookContext`)
3. **Extend HookRegistry** with your operations
4. **Integrate in service** with PRE/POST hooks
5. **Follow IMPLEMENTATION.md** guide

**Time estimate**: 2-4 hours per package

---

## Version Information

- **Package Version**: 1.0.0
- **Python**: ≥3.8
- **Django**: ≥4.2,<6.0
- **License**: MIT
- **Last Updated**: 2025-12-24

---

## Summary

✅ **Package Complete** - Ready to push to GitHub
✅ **Documentation Complete** - 2 comprehensive docs (1,507 lines)
✅ **django-wallet-utils Configured** - Already using external hooks
✅ **All Tests Passing** - 187 tests pass
✅ **Ready for django-cronjob-utils** - Same pattern applies

**Next Action**: Push `ai-output/hooks/` to https://github.com/mscumec/django-package-hooks.git
